Bismillah
La Hawla Wala Quwwata Illa Billah
According to the glorious Prophet, Muhammad (peace be upon him).... it is “one of the treasures of Paradise”.
This statement is an expression of a servant’s humble submission to the power and glory of his Lord Almighty. It is a declaration announcing the reality of all realities: Everything happens only with the help of Allah alone. Man, however strong, powerful and great, is powerless, weak and meek in front of Allah.
La Hawla Wala Quwwata Illa Billah in simple English means “There is neither might nor power except with Allah”.
This powerful statement is the proclamation that all power, might, strength, grandeur and glory is by Allah, from Allah and belongs to Allah.
La Hawla Wala Quwwata Illa Billah is one of the Treasures of Jannah:
Abu Musa (R.A) reported: “While we were with Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) in a holy battle, we never went up a hill or reached its peak or went down a valley but raised our voices with Takbeer. Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) came close to us and said, “O people! Don’t exert yourselves, for you do not call a deaf or an absent one, but you call the All- Listener, the All-Seer.” The Prophet (ﷺ) then said, “O `Abdullah bin Qais! Shall I teach you a sentence which is from the treasures of Paradise? ( It is): ‘La haula wala quwata illa billah’. (There is neither might nor power except with Allah)." Sahih Bukhari
Abu Hurairah (R.A) said: “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said to me: ‘Be frequent in saying: Laa ḥawla wa laa quwwata illā billa”. For verily, it is a treasure from the treasures of Paradise”. Tirmidhi
Say this powerful du’aa every time you leave your house, In sha Allah.
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ عَلَى اللَّهِ لا حَوْلَ وَلا قُوَّةَ إِلا بِاللَّهِ
Bismillaahi Tawak’kaltu ‘alal-laahi Laa haula wa laa Quwwata il-la bil-laah “In the name of Allah, I trust in Allah; there is no might and no power but in Allah”
Now, I would like to quote this Hadith which highlights the virtues of La Hawla Wala Quwwata Illa Billah:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
“There is no one upon the earth who says: ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah, and Allah is the Greatest, and there is no might nor power except by Allah, (Laa ilaaha illa Allah, wal-laahu akbar, wa laa ḥawla wa lā quwwata illa billaah) except that his sins shall be pardoned, even if they were like the foam of the sea.” Tirmidhi (Hasan)
Ya Allah Al Wali - The Protecting Friend, protect us from hearts that are not humble, tongues that are not wise, and eyes that have forgotten how to cry.
Ya Allah, Protect us from ourselves for our souls are weak. Let us not falter ever, for Jann’ah is the abode we seek.

Traveling Makes Us Much Happier Than Any Material Wealth According To Science
Material wealth brings happiness, but that happiness is temporary. When people have money in their wallets they go shopping immediately. But after a few days the feeling they had when shopping (pleasure, excitement, enjoyment) begins to fade.
Soon after you buy something and attach yourself to it, pleasure, enjoyment, and excitement begin to diminish. So you get a new craving for shopping so you can enjoy the same feeling again. The cycle constantly turns in a circle.
You are trying to buy happiness. Money can make you happy but it’s all temporary. You have no pleasure that will last long.
Buying stuff won’t work …
There is a way to stop a cycle that temporarily makes us happy, says a study conducted at Cornell University. Gilovich, a professor of psychology, says people are just as happy when traveling or buying anything they want. According to him, happiness that is not fulfilled when we buy something decreases and disappears over time. But the memories of a trip have long been in our heads along with the hormones of happiness.
Thomas Gilovich, a professor of psychology at the university, found that people experience the same amount of happiness when they make the purchase they want and when they travel. And here’s the most important part, as the happiness you get from your purchase decreases over time, memories of your journey still linger with hormones of happiness.
Why is that? According to Professor Thomas Gilovich, adaptation is an enemy of happiness. You buy something and it makes you happy in the short run. That happiness will soon be gone and you will feel nothing more.
What’s the secret to long-term, sustainable happiness?
The secret is in the experience.
Buying new things adds to the novelty of your life, but it lacks the key ingredient for long-term and sustainable happiness.
According to research from the University, your experience is more important and valuable than the material possessions you own. Journeys make you more experienced and make you who you are.
The richest and most cherished memories you have are not from what you bought. Those memories are from the experience you have had in life.
Happiness stems from relationships
By traveling you will be able to get to know new places and new cultures. Everything around you is richer.
Robert Waldinger explains that the results of a study done at Cornell University showed that some people who are very attached to family, friends and other people were the healthiest and happiest. In doing so, your relationship with the people who make you happy should be strengthened and maintained. Experiences in life are worth more than any material thing you buy. And some of the most important experiences in life, according to Waldinger, are the experiences gained through travel. Traveling helps you to get closer and feel different with your family and close friends.
Other things that can bring you lasting happiness
Practicing extreme sports (though dangerous for those who don’t know), attending events, learning new things will bring you happiness and joy in your daily life. The new car that you want one day will become old. But still the memories you create by doing something are a real and lasting source of happiness. From time to time, you will share your experiences with your friends, partner, family, remember the memories that still make you happy and satisfied.
You should strive to gain as many experiences as possible, to invest in them. So your happiness and pleasure will last long.

What Makes the Body Acidic and What Base
When we talk about macrobiotic diet it is just like yin and yang foods, although these are complex categories, one of the aspects of their influence on the formation of acid or base environment in our body. In order to maintain optimum health, blood pH should be basic.
It is best that our meals contain foods that cause no excessive acidity and no excessive alkalinity of the body. Of course, the meal may include foods that are highly acidic or highly basic, but they must be balanced and should not be consumed in a large amount and not too often.
The following classification can help you find your way around as to which foods contribute to the acidity and alkalinity of the body.
Neutral foods
Sour cream, cow’s milk, yogurt (plain), whey (cheese), butter (unsalted), oils (except olive)
White bread, rolls and cakes, white flour, refined grains (for example, white or polished rice), peanuts, chocolate, coffee, alcohol, carbonated soft drinks, sweetened fruit juices, artificial sweeteners, beef, pork, lamb, chicken, fish, cranberries, prunes, unrefined wheat cream, egg cream (with white sugar), sweetened yogurt, ice cream, jams, jellies, lamb, processed maple syrup, molasses (sulfur), industrial pickles, seafood, sugar, refined and iodized salt, black tea, nuts, wine vinegar.
At the other end of the spectrum, white bread and pastries, meats and other similar foods in the digestive process causing an extremely acidic reaction. It is not difficult to notice that just foods that are here marked as highly acidic diet are prevalent today. Therefore, in many people acidity of the body is increased and it is generally a good base for the development of various disorders.

Sujood Or Prostration
Bismillah
‘The sweetness of this life lies in remembering Him, the sweetness of the next life lies in seeing Him!’
When you are in sujood, think about how Allah has chosen you from billions of people to worship Him, whilst others are sinning.
Has the time not arrived for you to be a grateful servant?
It takes time for troubled souls to find comfort in sujood. But once you know that feeling, you won’t find anything more comforting.. Subhana Allah
When a worshipper prostrates, he must prostrate on all seven parts of the body on which the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) commanded us to prostrate. They are: the face, including the forehead and nose; the two hands; the two knees; and the edges of the two feet (i.e., the toes).
Al-Nawawi said: If he omits any of them, then his prayer is not valid. From Sharh Muslim.
The Messenger of Allah Sallallahu Alayhi Wassalam said: The nearest a servant comes to his Lord is when he is prostrating himself, so make supplication (in this state). Al-Bukhari
And Allah Almighty says in His Noble Book and His Direct Speech in the Quran:
“…But prostrate and draw near [to Allah].” (Quran 96:19)
"اللَّهمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ حُبَّكَ، وَحُبَّ مَنْ يُحِبُّكَ، وَالعمَل الَّذِي يُبَلِّغُني حُبَّكَ،
اللَّهُمَّ اجْعل حُبَّكَ أَحَبَّ إِلَيَّ مِن نَفسي، وأَهْلي، ومِن الماءِ البارِدِ روَاهُ الترمذيُّ
“O Allah, I ask You for Your love and the love of those who love You and love of the action which will make me reach Your love. O Allah make Your love more beloved to me than myself, my family and cold water” Tirmidhi 3490

The Virtue Of Al-Masjid/Mosque Al-Aqsa And Praying Therein
The Virtue Of
Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa And Praying Therein
It was narrated from
‘Abdullah bin ‘Amr that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:
“When Sulaiman bin Dawud finished building
Baitil-Maqdis, he asked Allah for three things:
judgment that was in harmony with His judgment,
a dominion that no one after him would have, and that no one should come to this mosque, intending only to pray there, but he would emerge free of sin as the day his mother bore him.” The Prophet (ﷺ) said: “Two prayers were granted, and I hope that the third was also granted.”

Dates
DATES MENTIONED IN QURAN AND ITS ASTONISHING HEATH BENEFITS.
HOW MANY FRUITS ARE MENTIONED IN QURAN?
There are several verses in Quran talking about the 6 fruits of Paradise,
1. Dates Mentioned In Quran
The Word "date" has been mentioned in the Holy Quran more than 20 times.
And it is He Who produces gardens trellised and untrellised and date-palms,and crops of different shape and taste (Its fruits and its seeds) and olive and pomegranates, similar (in kind) and different (in taste). Eat of their fruit when they ripen, but pay the due thereof (its Zakat, according to Allah's Order 1/10th or 1/20th) on the day of its harvest, and waste not by extravagance. Verily, He likes not Al-Musrifun (those who waste by extravagance)
(Quran 6:141)
And the earth are neighbouring tracts, and gardens of vines, and green crops (fields etc.), and date-palms, growing out two or three from a single stem root,or otherwise (one stem root for every palm), watered with the same water, yet some of them We make more excellent than others to eat. Verily in these things, there are Ayat (proofs, evidences, lessons, signs) for the people who understand.
(Quran 13:4)
With it He causes to grow for you the crops, the olives, the date-palms, the grapes, and every kind of fruit. Verily! In this indeed an evident proof and a manifest sign for people who give thought.
(Quran 16:11)
And from there the fruits of date-palms and grapes, you derive strong drink (this was before the order of the prohibition of the alcoholic drinks) and a goodly provision.
Verily, therein is indeed a sign for people who have wisdom.
(Quran 16:67)
or you have a garden of date-palms and grapes, and cause rivers to gush Forth in their midst abundantly.
(Quran 17:91)
And put forward to them the example of two men; unto one of them We had given two gardens of grapes, and We had surrounded both with date-palms; and had put between them green crops (cultivated fields etc.).
(Quran 18:32)
And shake the trunk of date-palm towards you, it will let fall fresh ripe-dates upon you.
(Quran 19:25)
Then We brought forth for you therewith gardens of date-palms and grapes, wherein is much fruit for you, and where of you eat.

[1]
4. Health Benefits Of Olive
Research studies suggest that Mediterranean diet, which is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids help to prevent coronary artery disease and strokes by favoring healthy blood lipid profile. Studies suggest that oleocanthal has ibuprofen Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) like anti-inflammatory activities. The Mediterranean diet
that uses olive and its oil may be responsible in part for the lower incidences of coronary artery disease. Olive contains a good amount of vitamin E. [3][4]
4.3 Fights Against Cancer And Diabetes
Olive fruit contains tyrosol phenolic compounds such as oleuropein and oleocanthal. These compounds are responsible for its bitter and pungent taste. Oleocanthal, oleuropein, and its derivative hydroxytyrosol are nature's most powerful anti-oxidants. Together with Vitamin E and carotenoids, they play a vital role fighting against cancer, inflammation, coronary artery disease, degenerative nerve diseases, diabetes...
Etc.
World Heath Organization (WHO), recommend that people living in societies with high arteriosclerosis and diabetes rates consume oil that contains at least 30 Percent linoleic acid (present in olives). And this raises the olives worth. Olive oil's most significant health property is it's effects upon cardiac and arterial diseases.
4.4 Good For Breastfeeding Mother's
Linoleic acid in olives is especially useful for breastfeeding mothers. Any deficiency in this acid shows a child's development and contributes to some skin diseases.
[5] Vitamins E, A, D, and K in oils are essential for bone development and mineralization in children and adults. It strengthens bones by stabilizing calcium. Since it contributes to the natural development of the infants brain and nervous system before and after birth, the only oil recommended to mothers by specialists is olive oil. Aside from having a level of linoleic acid very close to that of mothers milk, it functions as a natural source of nourishment as mothers milk when mixed with non-fat milk. [6]
Due to all these features, olive oil has attracted the attention of specialist in recent years.[7]

Banana
BANANA MENTIONED IN QURAN AND IT'S AMAZING HEALTH BENEFITS.
HOW MANY FRUITS ARE MENTIONED IN QURAN?
There are several verses in Quran talking about the 6 fruits of Paradise,
1.Banana Mentioned In Qur'an.
Bananas are mentioned in the Quran as one of the fruits of Paradise. Allah Almighty says in Quran:
وَطَلْحٍ مَنْضُودٍ – الواقعة: 29
And [banana] trees layered [with fruit](Quran 56:29)
This ayah of Quran mentions the blessings that the dwellers of heaven will enjoy. Banana fruit is one of such blessings, therefore, the availability of banana fruit in the world should also be considered a blessing, which is available to people in both the worlds.
As with all other blessings, the bananas enjoyed by believers in Paradise will be far more perfect than any bananas we can imagine in this world. After all, the bananas will never become rotten and will have a taste and smell that we cannot now imagine. However, in this world too, Allah has created a fruit very similar to that of Paradise and has placed it at our disposal.
Banana, a very nutritive fruit, consists of water (75%), protein (1.3%), and fats (0.6%). Each banana also contains carbohydrates and a considerable amount of potassium.Bananas, which are rich in vitamin B6, also play a significant role in triggering the chemical reactions of proteins and amino acids, and are instrumental in keeping the brain’s functioning normal.
3. Worldwide Use Of Banana
Today, bananas are grown in at least 107 countries and are ranked fourth among the world’s food crops in monetary value. Americans consume more bananas than apples and oranges combined.
4. Health Benefis Of Banana

Bananas decrease blood pressure and are used to treat allergies. Their potassium functions together with sodium, promotes cell and muscle development, and regulates the body’s water equilibrium and heartbeat.
4.3 Maintains Sugar Level
Any change in the sodium-potassium balance causes various disorders in the nervous and muscular systems. This is why a person must maintain his or her body’s potassium equilibrium. Besides, since a potassium deficiency leads to edema and decreases the amount of sugar circulating in the blood, it is essential to maintain this balance.
4.4 Energy Booster
It promotes red cell production, keeps the chemical balance among bodily fluids, helps energy production, and provides endurance against stress.
4.5 Improves Metabolic System
Their carbohydrates function as helper enzymes in the metabolic processing of fats and proteins.
4.6 Cure For Anemic Diseases
Bananas cure anemic diseases (a deficiency in the number of red blood cells or in their hemoglobin content), are instrumental in developing cells and muscles, maintain the body’s liquid balance, and cure heart diseases. On the other hand, a deficiency in one’s vitamin B6 may result in fatigue, affect one’s ability to concentrate, and results in irritability, insomnia, anemia, kidney calculi and various skin diseases.

And out of the date-palm and its spathe come forth clusters of dates hanging low and near, and gardens of grapes, olives and pomegranates, each similar (in kind) yet different (in variety and taste). Look at their fruits when they begin to bear, and the ripeness thereof. Verily! In these things there are signs for people who believe. (Quran 6:99)
And within the land are neighboring plots and gardens of grapevines and crops and palm trees, [growing] several from a root or otherwise, watered with one water; but We make some of them exceed others in [quality of] fruit. Indeed in that are signs for a people who reason. (Quran 13:4)
Then We brought forth for you therewith gardens of date-palms and grapes, wherein is much fruit for you, and whereof you eat. (Quran 23:19)
And We have made therein gardens of date-palms and grapes, and We have caused springs of water to gush forth therein. (Quran 36:34)
Would one of you like to have a garden of palm trees and grapevines underneath which rivers flow in which he has from every fruit?
